In both cases, the reservation will be final only after reception of the prepayment and the dispatch of an automatic confirmation via email with all the details on your booking.
To receive your keys please proceed to our offices on the Calle Perimetrau s/n, Edificio Port de la Bonaigua, Local 3J (across from the tram rotunda), 25598 Baqueira Beret. Customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Outside these hours the keys will be left in an envelope, along with a map of how to reach the house or apartment, in one of our electronic mailboxes located at the entrance to our offices. Payment of the reservation must be made in advance, such that all that is left to do at this point is to present the DNIs (IDs) of all the occupants of the house or apartment, pay the tourist tax, and the deposit on the apartment, with a credit card.

In any case, we ask that you let us know the estimated time of your arrival by email, if possible, the day before the start of your trip.
In order to expedite access to the property during peak hours, the handover of keys will be carried out strictly based on order of arrival.At the time of check-in, after making the payment, the keys will be provided to you, along with a map indicating the location of your apartment, and everything related to its use will be explained to you.
If you plan to arrive earlier, call us and we will make every effort to move up your entrance time. On the day of your arrival you can access your rental apartment as of 5:00 pm, and check in whenever you like. If you enter after 7:00 pm, our office's closing time, there is an electronic mailbox in which you will find an envelope with your keys and a map of how to get to your apartment.
Our apartments come with a set of sheets for each bed and a set of towels for each occupant. As for cleaning supplies, we supply a tablet for the dishwasher, a scourer, dishcloth, and in each of the bathrooms you will find a roll of toilet paper. Remember to bring everything else you need for your stay.
Current law in Catalonia levies a tourist tax of €0.90 per day and guest on accommodations for those over the age of 17, up to a maximum of 7 days. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation, and is to be paid when you check inat the TOTIARÁN Office upon your arrival.

When booking you must specify the number of people who will be using the apartment. The number of people who may use the apartment (adults and children) may not exceed that specified in the conditions for the apartment, except in the case of children under the age of two who sleep in a crib.
In the event of breaches of this rule we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to terminate the contract and ask you to leave the apartment. In this case you will not be entitled to any kind of claim or compensation. If you require a crib or high chair, we ask that you inform us in advance, when you book, or later via email.
Please note that pets are not allowed in all the apartments, so please let us know in advance, as they are only allowed if we have received authorisation from the owner.
The deposit required if you bring a pet will be 500€.
If you violate this rule TotiArán may ask you to leave the apartment, without any type of compensation..
The check-out and key return is to be carried out at the offices of TOTI ARÁN from 9:00 to 11:00 am on the Calle Perimetrau s/n, Edificio Port de la Bonaigua, Local 3J (across from the tram rotunda), 25598 Baqueira Beret.
On your departure day you should abandon the apartment before 11:00 am.
Any unauthorised departure between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm will carry a surcharge of €30 per hour.If you need to leave later than the stipulated time, please let us know at check-in and we will try to accommodate you whenever possible.
There is a late check-out option, 2:00 pm, which carries a surcharge of €100.
At the time of check-in an entrance deposit is required which, depending on the apartment, ranges from €200 to €1,000. By accepting our terms and conditions the renter agrees to assume responsibility for any damage done by him or any of his companions during their stay.
The deposit will be refunded once TOTIARÁN has verified that the rented property has not been damaged and is in the same condition as when it was occupied.
For the payment of the deposit a credit card number must be provided.
We ask that you please leave the apartment in a state of cleanliness similar to that in which you found it. Otherwise TOTIARÁN reserves the right to withhold part of the deposit to defray the cost of cleaning it.This amount will depend on the condition of the apartment.
Making lots of noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. From 10:00 pm to 9:00 am guests should be quiet enough not to disturb the rest of any neighbours. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard and hope you understand that residents' right to rest at night must be respected.
The reservation holder accepts the terms and conditions of the rental and is responsible for the proper behaviour of all those persons accompanying him. In the event that he or his companions do not behave in a responsible and proper manner, TOTIARÁN may ask the client and his companions to leave the apartment, without any type of compensation. This will also entail the loss of the rental payment made and the refundable security deposit. Also note that by booking with TOTIARÁN you agree to our terms and conditions and, therefore, are expected to abide by them.
Please read carefully the rules governing the TOTIARÁN apartment rental. As a client you are expected to respect the rules of the apartment and the community.
You may not enter the apartment wearing ski boots. Please leave your ski equipment in the ski storage closet.
Please turn down the thermostat to 19 degrees and turn off the lights when you leave the apartment. Please be sure that all faucets are fully off and not leaking.
Don't forget to take the keys before leaving the apartment. Please inform us as soon as possible if you lose the keys. In this case the lock will have to be changed, for which you will be charged.
Be sure to only use the appropriate products in the dishwasher.
Please do not smoke in the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony, on the terrace or outside. Do not throw cigarette butts on the street or in the landscaped areas.
Neither TOTIARÁN nor the apartment's owner shall be liable for any damage, whether direct or indirect, that may be done to the premises as a result of misuse by the customer. Included, in this regard, without limitation of any kind, is damaged caused by fire, theft, accidents, or other damage caused by the stay or the disappearance of objects. In this respect TOTIARÁN shall not be held responsible for the disappearance of any valuable objects during the client’s stay.
At the end of your stay TOTIARÁN shall review the condition of the apartment and, if necessary, deduct the cost of any damage from the deposit. The customer must immediately notify TOTIARÁN of any damage done to the apartment or its contents.
In the event of any breaches of the aforementioned obligations, TOTIARÁN may ask the customer to leave the apartment, without him being entitled to any kind of claim or compensation.
All the descriptions of the apartments and information shall correspond to the apartments indicated. Although TOTIARÁN strives to keep all information current and accurate, it will not be liable for any errors or omissions that may arise.
TOTIARÁN reserves the right to change the information posted on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.
TOTIARÁN reserves the right to update, at any time, the terms and conditions, depending on the interests of the company and its business. By accepting the use of our website you consent to such changes. In the event that these are originated by a third party, the client will have to seek redress from it.
In accordance with the provisions of current legislation governing the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed and agree to the incorporation of your data, for the sole purpose of carrying out the transaction contracted, informing you and maintaining the business relationship in question, in an automated file that is the responsibility of TOTIARÁN, S.L., before which you may exercise your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights as set down in said Law, by mail, at the following address: Calle Perimetrau S/N EDIFICIO PORT DE LA BONAIGUA LOCAL 3J CP. : 25598 BAQUEIRA BERET (Lleida), or the email address email@example.com
You also expressly authorise TOTIARÁN, S.L. to cede your personal data to collaborators and banks for the execution of this contract and invoicing and collection, respectively.

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail. Cancellations or changes may not be made by phone.
In cases of cancellations the deposit paid in advance will not be refunded. Exception: if the cancellation is reported to TOTIARÁN 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, TOTIARÁN shall refund the reservation deposit, minus any management costs incurred by the cancellation itself (bank charges, etc. ...).
If the client changes the dates, or the apartment, this shall be understood as an entirely new booking, and he will be subject to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or illnesses shall not be accepted. We recommend that clients purchase travel cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including for reasons of force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy as stated herein.
If after receiving the confirmation email, for reasons of force majeure (technical problems or damage to the property) the apartment or house reserved cannot be offered, TOTIARÁN pledges to offer another of the same characteristics (for the same number of people and rooms) and price in the nearest location available. If the client rejects this option, he may cancel his reservation without any penalty.
In cases of high-season bookings (the weeks of Christmas, New Year's Eve, Reyes Magos and "White Weeks" in February) we do NOT accept changes or extend refunds
