The first step to visiting this waterfall is to get to Vielha, the capital of the Aran Valley, which is just over six hours from Madrid, a little under four hours from Barcelona, and around four hours from Bilbao, passing through France. Alternatively, if you’d rather avoid a long drive, you can fly to Andorra-La Seu or Toulouse airport and continue your journey from there.
You can’t drive directly to the Saut deth Pish waterfall, but you can park very close by, meaning you’ll only have to walk a short distance. Don’t worry—the path is around 1 kilometre long and is suitable even for children.
From the village of Arròs, look for the Varradós track and follow it until you reach the car park southwest of Saut deth Pish. The same route leading to the waterfall can also be made into a circular walk—to do this, continue towards the environmental education centre, where you’ll also find a mountain refuge and a fantastic viewpoint.

Plan des Artiguetes – Saut deth Pish – Barranc de Siesso – Plan des Artiguetes
This route starts at the Plan des Artiguetes car park and follows the Varradòs River for most of the way. After reaching the waterfall and enjoying the views, the path continues towards the Siesso Gorge and the forest refuge, passing through a beautiful beech and fir forest before reconnecting with the forest track that leads back to the car park.
The route is 3 kilometres long with little elevation gain, making it an easy walk suitable for most visitors.
Saut deth Pish - Estanhòla des Armèros
Very close to Vielha, the capital of the Aran Valley, you’ll find this circular route around Saut deth Pish. It covers almost 9 kilometres and takes approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete.
