This apartment is for 8 people and when you enter you will see the living room with comfortable sofas, in front of the fireplace and a TV. Next to it is the dining table located in the corner between the windows to enjoy the light and view; followed by the fully equipped American kitchen. This entire area is functional and comfortable to enjoy. The dining table is for 6 people. 2 more chairs can be added.
From the entrance to the left behind a door, you will find three bedrooms. The main one has plenty of natural light and has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower screen. The second bedroom has two single beds; next to it is the third bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people. These two rooms are served by a second bathroom with a shower tray. All rooms have wardrobes.
The apartment is fully equipped and includes a parking space and a ski storage locker in Val de Ruda. From the car park, you can directly access the cable car through lifts that will take you to the same access control entrance to the gondolas that take you to the ski slopes.
Moreover, the Val de Ruda residential complex offers a variety of additional services and amenities, such as private parking, ski storage and direct access to nearby restaurants and shops, which ensures a worry-free and comfortable stay.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Con la reforma del piso, ahora hay menos espacio de almacenamiento para ropa, por ejemplo, no hay un sitio para colgar los abrigos al llegar de la calle. Los armarios, al no tener baldas, no proporcionan espacio suficiente para organizar la ropa.

Tras la reforma hemos apostado por un diseño más limpio y actual, pero entendemos perfectamente que, en un destino de nieve, contar con más opciones para colgar abrigos y organizar la ropa es clave. Ya hemos trasladado esta sugerencia al propietario para valorar mejoras que hagan la estancia todavía más cómoda en futuras visitas. Lamentamos que haya habido alguna incomodidad con el aparcamiento. En el momento de la reserva, siempre informamos que el alojamiento dispone de una plaza de parking incluida. Además, ofrecemos la posibilidad de alquilar plazas de parking adicionales para quienes lo necesiten. Si no pudimos transmitirle esta información con suficiente claridad, lo sentimos y trabajaremos para mejorar en este aspecto. En cuanto al check-in, queremos aclarar que nuestro equipo realiza este proceso de forma presencial desde nuestras oficinas, que están ubicadas justo frente a la entrada del parking de la urbanización. Durante el check-in, proporcionamos toda la información necesaria tanto en formato papel como digital, incluyendo detalles sobre la ubicación del alojamiento, la plaza de parking, el guardaesquís y otros puntos clave. No obstante, tomamos nota de su comentario para evaluar cómo podemos hacer este procedimiento aún más cómodo y eficiente. Sobre el tema del calor entendemos qu Eno para todos los clientes es igual y para ello tenemos nuestro teléfono de la oficina para comunicarlo y asi poder poner la calefacción a su gusto. However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
