With a surface area of 90 square meters, this apartment offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, all in a unique setting. The dining table has seating capacity for 8 people.

The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray.
The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds for four people, while the third has two single beds for two people. These last two bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment and furniture of this apartment guarantee great comfort during your stay.

The apartment has a parking space with a ski storage closet where you can leave your equipment before accessing the apartment. Access to the slopes is done through the parking basement. From here, you can directly access the cable car through elevators that will take you to the entrance of the ski pass control and lift access.

Enjoy your stay with the maximum comfort offered by this apartment, right on the slopes and just a few meters from the cable car.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth, and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay.
Likewise, food and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eth Pradeth by Totiaran offers a comfortable stay for a family or two couples, for a total of 5 people. Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, which has a small window overlooking the dining table. The dining table is for 5 people. The living room has natural light and offers two comfortable sofas, one sofa is a bed for two people and the other sofa is individual. In front of the double sofa is a Smart TV. The living room has windows and provides natural light during the day. On the other side of the living room is the dining table for 4 people.

To the left of the living room is the door that leads to the bedroom with two single beds together with two bedside tables. It has an exterior window that illuminates the room. This room offers a small TV. Outside the bedroom is the door that leads to a full bathroom.

Add that this accommodation is next to another similar apartment on the upper floor, the Eth Turcalh apartment. Both are identical and it is convenient for families or friends who want to be together in the same building.
