Casa Pinarrets by Totiaran is accommodation in the village of Salardú, mountain style, very comfortable and functional; it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people.
It is located 5 minutes by car from the ski resort in Baqueira Beret and 15 minutes from the village of Vielha.

This accommodation in Salardú offers spectacular mountain views and is ideal for enjoying in summer due to its garden terrace. It is a perfect house for two families, is very well equipped, with electric radiators, and is distributed over 5 levels: From the ground floor, one can enjoy a fabulous garden terrace with living-dining room and kitchen, on the street level you will find the main living room and on the three upper levels are the bedrooms.

From the main entrance door is the reception area that has a very comfortable bench to sit and leave footwear. Continue entering and you will find the main living room area, with spectacular views of the valley. On the left there is a round table ideal for sharing and moving forward are some comfortable sofas and armchairs. This living room is completely illuminated by a large window that provides access to the balcony. Additionally, from this living room you can enjoy watching TV together.

From this level you can go down, where you will find the kitchen and dining area. This spacious area is first distributed with a fully equipped American kitchen with all the utensils you need, with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and other appliances. Next to the American bar is the main dining table for up to 8 diners; but in addition the house has an outdoor terrace table, a folding table for 6 people that in summer is placed on the terrace and during the winter can be used inside. Next to the kitchen there is a courtesy toilet. At this level you have the fireplace equipped with a metal duct, to enjoy the warmth of the wood.

From the dining room level upwards we will find the third level where the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located. This room has a double bed 160 cm wide, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe; it is very well illuminated with natural light from its fabulous balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers two washbasins and has a bathtub and towel radiators.

At this same level towards the right on the interior side, we find a room with a double bed of 160, with a wooden headboard and a bedside table on the left, it also has a built-in wardrobe. The window offers plenty of natural light.

At this third level, you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer, and the cleaning and housekeeping utensils.

Going up to a fourth level you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub and two more bedrooms. One of the rooms has wooden ceilings and a side slope with a Velux window, it has two single beds with wooden headboards and their respective bedside tables on each side with lamps, and has a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is small, there is a single bed with a trundle bed for an extra person and also has a built-in wardrobe.

Climbing to the top floor of the house towards the attic, we find the third double bed. It is an attic with two pyramid-style wooden ceilings, two velux windows through which a lot of light enters and with spectacular views, which offers a comfortable 160 cm bed for two and a bedside table for rest.

The house also has a parking space in front of the house. It is a private garage where you can also leave your skis and boots, which has access from the street.

In addition to its luxurious interior, our mountain house offers a wide range of outdoor amenities. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the fresh mountain breeze and contemplating the stunning landscapes that surround us. They can also explore nearby trails or participate in a variety of recreational activities, from skiing in winter to hiking in summer.

In summary, our mountain house is the perfect place for those seeking an exclusive holiday experience in an incomparable natural setting. From its elegant design to its idyllic location, every aspect of this residence has been designed to offer an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Pyrenees.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.
However, upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a single-dose manual dishwashing liquid, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.
Bringing animals into the accommodation is prohibited. See Booking Conditions at the bottom of the page.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
