This cozy apartment combines the warmth of the mountain with modern comforts to offer you a unique experience. From the moment you set foot in this space, you will be greeted by a feeling of home and a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy.
With breathtaking views that take your breath away, you'll be able to take in the majesty of the mountains from the comfort of your own abode. Whether you're enjoying a morning cup of coffee or relaxing after a day of snow adventures, the panoramic views will constantly remind you of the natural beauty around you.
Riu Nere by Totiaran is a newly renovated accommodation and is located in the Pleta de Jus urbanization, right in front of Pleta de Baqueira; a few minutes from the chairlift at the Baqueira 1500 station. It is a beautiful holiday apartment in Baqueira for 9 people. An ideal accommodation for winter and very convenient in summer to go directly by bicycle and hikes to the routes of the Ruda mountains.
Riu Nere by Totiaran is located on the ground floor and from its balcony it offers views of the mountain peaks and the Baqueira 1500 downhill slope. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with the best amenities to enjoy a family vacation. comfortable and cozy stay.
Important: Above this accommodation there is an identical apartment, the new “Manaud” which is convenient for families who want to come together because both accommodations accommodate a total of 18 people.
At the entrance to the apartment is the hall where you will see to your left a coat rack, in front of it is a wooden bench to sit on and take off your skis and boots because to the right is the wooden stand where you can leave your skis.
Entering through the main door we will see to the left a large, open space where we will find the living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and in front is the fireplace, ideal for hosting everyone together. To the right of the sofas is access to the balcony that runs along the entire property with views of the mountain peaks and the urban area.
The dining room and kitchen are in this same room, to the left, there you will find a comfortable long rectangular wooden table for 8 people. Next to it is a complete American kitchen, with a window overlooking the trees, recently renovated and fully equipped with a new fridge freezer, and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay.
Entering to the right you will find the 3 bedrooms. The first, the main one, has a new 180cm double bed, with a large headboard, a Smart TV on the wall and thanks to its windows a lot of natural light enters, so at night it is recommended to close the shutters. This room also offers comfortable built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom, which has a separate toilet room and next to it the bathtub and vanity table that are very well lit.
The second room has two single beds, modern and comfortable. Next door is the third room with two bunk beds, plus an extra trundle bed; each of 190 for a total of 5 people. Outside you will find a full bathroom for these two rooms which includes a clothes washer & clothes dryer.
To go to the Baqueira 1500 chairlift, the Pleta de Jus urbanization offers a private transportation service to take you to the cable car.
Plus, its prime location gives you easy access to the ski slopes and a wide range of outdoor activities, allowing you to make the most of your time in this mountain paradise.
In short, this apartment in Pleta de Jus is more than just a place to stay; It is a sanctuary where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the serenity of nature while enjoying all the amenities.

Le queremos pedir disculpas por no ponernos en contacto nuevamente con Ud. después de haber dejado el insecticida porque entendimos que era un problema puntual, ya que no tuvimos problemas con hormigas en ocasiones anteriores. Tomamos muy en serio la limpieza y el mantenimiento de nuestras casas y estamos constantemente trabajando para asegurarnos de que nuestros huéspedes tengan una estancia cómoda y sin problemas. Tomaremos medidas adicionales para prevenir futuros problemas con las hormigas y garantizar una experiencia aún mejor para nuestros huéspedes en el futuro.
