Casa Mont-Romies by Totiaran is a beautiful duplex with impressive mountain views, located in Baqueira 1700, in Tanau, with a capacity for 10 people and situated just a few meters from the Esquiros ski lift.

This vacation accommodation in Tanau is fully equipped and offers spacious areas to enjoy with family and groups. This house has an authentic mountain style because from the entire living room area you can see all the mountains in the region, it is a fascinating view at any time of the year.

When you arrive at the building block, you go up the stairs to the second floor and upon entering, you will find a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas where a lot of natural light comes in and opposite a fireplace, this entire area is ideal for enjoying time together as it is large. On the opposite side of the fireplace is the dining room, which also has windows to enjoy the views. Next to it is the kitchen, a fully enclosed area equipped with a stove, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, a functional kitchen. The dining table is for 8 people. 2 more chairs can be added.

At this same level through a door, you have access to two bedrooms. On the left, you will see a bedroom with built-in closets at the entrance, a double bed, and its en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom is the master suite with a full bathroom with a bathtub, a large double bed, built-in closets, and spectacular views from its balcony.

At the entrance of the house in the foyer, you will find a closet for leaving jackets and then you will see a guest bathroom. The wooden staircase to the second level is right at this point.

On the second level, it offers wooden attic ceilings, here are the third and fourth bedrooms, each located at the end of a small hallway. Both rooms offer windows and natural light with beautiful views. These two rooms have double beds. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom for these two rooms. On this floor, you will also find the washer closet.

The Mont-Romíes house has the advantage of having 2 parking areas: One outside but just below the building's entrance, covered only by the roof, next to the entrance staircase door. And the second spot is a few meters away in the covered parking area.

The ski ticket office of Guarda is located just a few meters from home and on the way to the Esquiros ski lift. Everything is perfectly situated to make it very convenient to go skiing or for a walk.

In the ski ticket area, you will also find two small bars and restaurants and a ski center; in addition to the ticket counters for obtaining the ski pass.

Immerse yourself in alpine luxury with Casa Beret Deluxe, a single-family residence of 230 m² located in the new residential complex Val de Ruda, just steps away from the ski slopes at the 1500 elevation of Baqueira Beret. This privileged location places ski enthusiasts at the epicenter of the action, right next to the cable car access.

Beret Deluxe welcomes you in four levels of comfort and elegance:
On the first floor, you will find an exquisite room with a double bed and private bathroom.
The second level houses the heart of the house, a spacious and luxurious living-dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a half bathroom.
A little further up, you will discover a space dedicated to the little ones, with another generous dining room, kitchen, and a mezzanine with 2 beds. On this level, you will also find the service area, with 2 bedrooms equipped with bunk beds for 4 people, a cozy living room, and a private bathroom.
On the third floor, the majestic main bedroom awaits you, with a double bed, walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.

Additionally, they have two parking spaces that guarantee your comfort during your stay.
