This magnificent 110 m2 property is distributed over two floors. The first level, of 85 m2, consists of a spacious living room with a table for 10 people, carefully designed in Becara style, dining area with fireplace, 46-inch TV, and wardrobe to comfortably store your ski clothes. The entire living-dining room opens onto the terrace from where you can enjoy mountain views. The kitchen is semi-integrated and separated from the living room by a large column.

It is fully equipped with the best qualities (Vista Alegre porcelain, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). On the same floor there is an en-suite bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, 32’ flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are served by a second bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms, for 3 people, has a single bed with a trundle bed and a folding bunk bed. The other, also for 3 persons, has a single bed and two bunk beds.

Both bedrooms are modern and have the possibility of folding down the bunk beds (if you wish) to enjoy more space. On the first floor you will find a master bedroom with marvellous views and a charming 4-metre sloping ceiling, a 32’ flat-screen TV, a 180 cm tatami-type double bed and a bathroom with modern qualities and materials, including a built-in rain shower tray. The flat includes two parking spaces and two ski lockers.

From the car park you can directly access the ski locker and the cable car via lifts that will leave you at the entrance to the cable car,

Cigalera - Comfort and style in the heart of Val de Ruda.
We present Cigalera, an elegant and cosy three-storey dwelling located in the exclusive residential complex of Val de Ruda, in Baqueira Beret. This accommodation has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort to families or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful, functional stay with direct access to the mountain.

Housing distribution

Ground floor
On the main floor, the guest will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a smart TV, fireplace, and a large table, ideal for sharing meals and group moments. The independent kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker.
On this same floor are two bedrooms:
A bedroom with a raised bed, desk, and wardrobe, perfect as a rest or work space.
A second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
It also has a full bathroom with a bathtub, which also integrates the washing machine for greater convenience. Spacious wardrobes and coat racks ensure adequate storage of clothing and belongings.

First floor
The first floor houses the main bedroom, equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV and direct access to a full bathroom with bathtub, shared with another room. The room is complemented by a reading space next to a large window, ideal for relaxing with views of the surroundings.
On this same floor is a fourth bedroom, with two single beds, drawers, TV and access to the same shared bathroom.

Upper floor
The highest floor of the dwelling offers a more intimate atmosphere, with an attic bedroom that has a double sofa bed, wardrobes and a private bathroom with bathtub.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.
However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Cigalera is located in one of the most desired locations in Baqueira, just a few metres from the cable car access to the slopes, with all services and amenities within reach.
