Toran by Totiaran is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex apartment located in Pleta de Tanau Cota 1700 in Baqueira Beret. It is situated in a privileged location for tranquillity, views, and sunshine. The first level, of 60 m², comprises a living room, a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed for 2 people. On this level, we have a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the bedroom and the daytime area. On the second floor, of 20 m², we find a magnificent en-suite bedroom with four individual 90 cm beds and an integrated bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment has a lot of charm, reminding us of the mountain environment we are in. The apartment includes a parking space and ski lockers.
Access to the slopes is via the Esquirós chairlift, just a few metres from the building's entrance.

Welcome to Jireta by Totiaran, a magnificent newly furnished apartment located in the new Val de Ruda residential complex, at the foot of the slopes at altitude 1500 of Baqueira Beret. The accommodation is located next to the cable car access. An unbeatable location for ski enthusiasts.
The apartment has been designed with the comfort and well-being of its occupants in mind. With an intelligent layout and bright spaces, it offers a welcoming environment where one can relax after an exciting day in the mountains. The decoration combines modern elements with traditional alpine touches, thus creating a warm and charming atmosphere.
This accommodation consists of a 75 m2 floor, comprising a living room with a fireplace and a dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The dining table seats 6 people.
