When entering Shivau by Totiaran, you will find a house with brown colours, typical of the mountains, with plenty of light throughout the day.
It has a beautiful living room with lots of natural light and spectacular views of the mountains, which can be appreciated especially from its spectacular terrace.
It has comfortable sofas and a fireplace for when you return from skiing, a Smart TV, which also includes Movistar fusion, where you can enjoy the best cinema and sporting events.
Next to it is a spacious terrace to enjoy the surroundings. It has an excellent American kitchen with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The dining table is large and comfortable, made of wood and with excellent chairs to enjoy with family.
The first bedroom is located in front of the living room. We enter the first room which has two single beds together and a large wardrobe in front, all accompanied by a well-equipped bathroom with its bathtub. To add that this room has great lighting provided by the balcony that has direct access from this room with beautiful views from it.
Then the second and third bedrooms are located to the left of the house entrance. If we advance down the corridor, we find a bedroom with two beds here they can. Between this bedroom and the third bedroom, you will find a corridor where there is another bathroom, which serves these two rooms with a bathtub as well.
Moving forward, there is the third bedroom, which consists of a bunk bed with a large wardrobe opposite, ideal for the little ones.
Moreover, the apartment's location allows you to enjoy a wide range of services and activities in the surroundings, from restaurants and shops to hiking routes and, of course, proximity to the Baqueira ski resort entrance to begin your skiing days.

Welcome to Era Piusa by Totiaran, your alpine refuge in Baqueira! This cosy apartment is the perfect base for your snow adventures. Located just minutes from the ski slopes, it offers comfort and convenience in a spectacular setting.
Era Piusa by Totiaran is a magnificent holiday apartment for 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the Saumet building at Cota 1500 in Baqueira Beret and just a few metres from the cable car. This accommodation has been renovated and offers modern and new furniture.
Era Piusa by Totiaran offers a comfortable stay for a family or friends. Upon entering the accommodation, you will find a fully equipped American kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, followed by a bright living-dining room.
