This accommodation in Baqueira is for 6 people on a floor of 78 m2, consisting of an entrance with a wardrobe to hang their jackets and then enters a modern and spacious living room with comfortable and new sofas, a Smart TV; next to it is the dining room with a table for 6 people, and a fully modern and equipped American kitchen.
The bedroom area is to the right from the accommodation entrance, there you will find the main bedroom with a wardrobe, a comfortable double bed of 180 cm and its en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, very well lit and a modern dressing table. The second bedroom offers a modular bunk bed for 3, plus a trundle bed, where 4 people sleep. Next to the bedroom is the second bathroom with a shower tray and with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The new Salenques by Totiaran offers a parking space and a ski storage cupboard. From the ski rooms, you can access the Cable Car directly through lifts that will take you to the same entrance of the ski pass control and lift access.

Nos alegra mucho saber que aprecia la ubicación, la calidad de los apartamentos y la comodidad de tener todo a mano: oficinas, tienda de esquí, taquillas y parking. Ese “todo cerca” es justo lo que buscamos para unas vacaciones de esquí sin complicaciones. En cuanto al late check-out, sí contamos con esta opción siempre que la operativa del día lo permita. Podemos ofrecer salida tardía hasta las 14:00 h, siempre que no haya entrada de otros clientes ese mismo día. En temporada alta, con muchas salidas y entradas, no siempre es posible garantizarlo, ya que queremos que los nuevos huéspedes puedan acceder al apartamento a partir de las 17:00 h en las mejores condiciones. En el caso concreto de Val de Ruda, sí permitimos de forma gratuita hasta las 14:00 h el uso de las taquillas y la plaza de parking, para que puedan esquiar tranquilos el último día sin preocuparse por el coche ni el material. Welcome to Era Piusa by Totiaran, your alpine refuge in Baqueira! This cosy apartment is the perfect base for your snow adventures. Located just minutes from the ski slopes, it offers comfort and convenience in a spectacular setting.
Era Piusa by Totiaran is a magnificent holiday apartment for 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the Saumet building at Cota 1500 in Baqueira Beret and just a few metres from the cable car. This accommodation has been renovated and offers modern and new furniture.
Era Piusa by Totiaran offers a comfortable stay for a family or friends. Upon entering the accommodation, you will find a fully equipped American kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, followed by a bright living-dining room.
