Vinyeta by Totiaran is a design and newly furnished apartment located in the Val de Ruda residential complex at the foot of the slopes at the 1500 level of Baqueira Beret. The accommodation is located in a privileged location, next to the cable car access. An unbeatable situation for ski enthusiasts.

Vinyeta by Totiaran is a 180m2 dwelling distributed across three floors. The first level, of 90 m2, is composed of a living room with a fireplace in two large environments. On the other side of the house, we find a fully equipped kitchen and a second dining room. We also have two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower tray. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other bedroom, with capacity for four people, has a bunk bed and a single trundle bed. On the second floor, of 60 m2, we find a magnificent main bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a second space with a TV area. In this special space, we find a 150 cm tatami-style double bed. These two bedrooms share a magnificent bathroom with a shower and mountain views. In the attic, of 30 m2, we have the main bedroom with a most special design. The bathroom is integrated into the bedroom and features a magnificent shower with views of the station.

The apartment has a lot of charm as it is unique in the urbanisation due to the quality of the materials and the carefully crafted design that makes it very special. The apartment includes two parking spaces with a ski storage room. From the parking area, you can directly access the cable car through elevators that will take you to the access control entrance.

However, upon arrival they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, food items or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.

Welcome to Cabirol by TotiAran, a modern and bright triplex for up to 12 people, located in the exclusive Val de Ruda urbanisation in Baqueira, right at the foot of the slopes at the 1500 level of Baqueira Beret. And in summer, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the mountains of the Ruda valley.

With a surface area of 150m2 distributed across three floors with elegant finishes in white tones, Cabirol by TotiAran offers a spacious living room with mountain views, comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a fireplace, all facing a Smart TV. Next to the living room is a round dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

On the same level, you will find two rooms. The first has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, while the second has a wardrobe, a single bed and a trundle bed, ideal for accommodating 2 people. These rooms share a full bathroom.

On the second floor, there are two other rooms, a main room with a 150 cm double bed, carpeted floor, built-in wardrobes, a smart TV and spectacular views of the mountains. The second room has 3 single beds and access to the mezzanine, which functions as the fifth room and offers 3 individual sofa beds ideal for children, as well as another television. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished and includes 2 parking spaces with a ski storage locker in the basement of Val de Ruda.
