Welcome to our charming accommodation in Pleta de Jus, Manaud by Totiaran located in the heart of Baqueira. This cosy apartment offers a unique mountain experience with modern amenities and breathtaking views that will leave you speechless.
The new Manaud by Totiaran is a recently renovated accommodation located in the Pleta de Jus urbanisation, just in front of Pleta de Baqueira; a few minutes from the ski lift of the Baqueira 1500 station. It is a beautiful holiday apartment in Baqueira for 9 people. An ideal accommodation for winter and very convenient in summer for directly setting out by bicycle and hiking towards the routes of the Ruda mountains.
Manaud by Totiaran is located on the first floor and from its balcony offers spectacular views of the Baqueira 1500 slopes and the Aran valley mountains. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with the best amenities to enjoy a comfortable and cosy stay with family.
Important: Below this accommodation is an identical apartment, the new Riu Nere, which is convenient for family groups who want to come together because both accommodations can host a total of 18 people.
At the entrance of the apartment is the reception area where you will see a small shoe cabinet to the right and coat hooks on the walls, in front is a wooden stand where you can leave your skis.
Entering through the main door, we will see to the left a spacious and open space where we will find the living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and in front is the fireplace, ideal for hosting everyone together. To the right of the living room is the access to the balcony that runs along the entire property with beautiful views
The dining room and kitchen are in this same room, to the left you will be able to find a comfortable design table with a wooden structure with a carved wooden top and on the table there is a glass countertop; it has a double seat at the head and is for a total of 8 people. Next to it, a complete American kitchen, with a window with a view of the trees, recently renovated and fully equipped with a new combi fridge and all the necessary utensils to enjoy the stay.
Entering to the right are the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a new double bed of 180 cms, smart TV and thanks to its windows a lot of natural light comes in. This room also offers comfortable built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
The second room has two single beds, modern and comfortable.
The third room with two bunk beds plus a nest bed; each one 190 for a total of 5 people. On the outside, you will find a complete bathroom for these two rooms, which includes a washing machine & clothes dryer.
To go to the Baqueira 1500 ski lift, the Pleta de Jus urbanisation has a private service, a 4x4 vehicle that is at your service every day. It is the perfect place to enjoy your accommodation in Baqueira.
Our privileged location provides you with easy access to the world-class ski slopes of Baqueira-Beret, as well as a wide variety of hiking routes and outdoor activities. Additionally, you will be close to restaurants, shops, and other services to make your stay even more convenient.
