This holiday rental apartment in Baqueira Beret is ideal for 9 people (6 adults). It is located in a privileged urbanisation just 5 minutes walking from the Esquiros ski lift. It has a locker in the ski storage rooms of Tanau, which are next to the ski lift. An unbeatable location for ski enthusiasts. And for those who in summer want to go out directly to the mountain, moreover the house offers a terrace-balcony with impressive views of the valley.
When entering the Egua by Totiaran, you will find a house with white colours, completely modern and with plenty of natural light. This accommodation in Baqueira has a small bench and a glass wall at the entrance, from where you can already see the entire interior, a spacious open area. It has a beautiful living room with lots of natural light. It features comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV. Next to it is a spacious terrace to enjoy the surroundings. The American kitchen is fabulous and modern with everything you need. The dining table is large and comfortable, made of noble wood with excellent chairs to enjoy with family.
The first bedroom is located opposite the living room and can be accessed through a double sliding door. It has a folding double bed that during the day can be stored in the wall and become a play and recreation area for children. This room also has an exit to the terrace - balcony.
The second and third bedrooms are located, from the entrance of the house, to the right. If we advance down the corridor, we find a bedroom with a bunk bed and two folding beds against the wall; here 4 people can sleep, especially the little ones. Between this bedroom and the first bedroom, they will find a corridor where the modern bathroom is located, with a shower and electric towel rails.
Moving forward is the third bedroom (the main one), which offers plenty of natural light due to having a balcony with beautiful views. It has a double bed and above you will find a single bed; a complete modular set for a family to sleep. Next to it is the full bathroom with shower and electric radiators.
In the corridors of the house, there are cupboards where you can store your luggage and clothing.
The accommodation has 1 parking space in the same Urbanisation and a ski locker in the Tanau urbanisation.
The house also has a cleaning cupboard, washing machine and tumble dryer, with the necessary utensils.

Nos alegra muchísimo saber que disfrutasteis de la ubicación junto al telesilla Esquirós, de las vistas y de que el apartamento estuviera a la altura en equipamiento y comodidad. Cuidamos mucho esos detalles —desde los electrodomésticos hasta la vajilla— porque al final la diferencia está en cómo se vive la estancia, no solo en dónde se duerme.
En cuanto al parking, gracias también por comentarlo. Es cierto que el apartamento dispone de una única plaza, pero siempre que podemos intentamos buscar soluciones alternativas para que estéis cómodos, como el parking exterior cercano. Y si podemos dar un poco más de margen el día de salida, lo hacemos encantados cuando la operativa nos lo permite. Esperamos volver a recibiros muy pronto en Baqueira. |

Es muchísimo mejor de lo que muestran: es espacioso, está super equipado, calentito con su chimenea, con unas vistas preciosas y además al lado del telesilla telesilla Esquirós, en Tanau 1.700, para nosotros la mejor zona sin duda. Podíamos llegar al telesilla andando en 5 minutos, subiendo una calle. ¡Sin duda repetiremos cada año si está disponible! |

Magnifico apartamento en junto a la silla de Esquiros (guarda esquis junto a la silla). Ideal para familias. Magnífica reforma, en una urbanización estupenda. Parking muy cómodo. Vistas estupendas a pistas y al valle. Para repetir.
