With a privileged location, our accommodation offers easy access to the ski slopes, allowing you to make the most of the snow and outdoor activities all day long. You will also be surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery that will take your breath away.
Noguera by Totiaran is a cosy 2-bedroom flat with capacity for up to 8 people( 7 adults and 1 child) ; comfortable and functional, ideal for families, located in the Tanau development in Baqueira 1700 and just a few metres from the Esquiros chairlift.
This cosy holiday accommodation in Baqueira Beret offers a comfortable bedroom with double bed. Next to it is a complete bathroom with a large mirror. On the same floor is the living room with comfortable sofas. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, and next to it is the dining table.
On the mezzanine there are two bunk beds and a single bed. This area is ideal for children and teenagers. There is a full bathroom on the side.
Access to the slopes is 100 metres from the flat. Noguera is a lovely place at the foot of the slopes.

1.- Ubicación: La cota 1700 no es donde se encuentran los lugares de ocio y restaurantes en caso quieras salir de ocio sin coger el coche. 2.- Para obsesos del silencio, la música de la terraza de abajo (zona de alquiler de material, acceso a telesilla) se escucha desde el apartamento mientras está abierto (horario diurno), así como el de las máquinas de las pistas si trabajan por la noche, aunque en nuestro caso, nadie del grupo comentó que le afectara negativamente |

Respecto a los puntos que menciona como aspectos a considerar, agradecemos su sinceridad: Ubicación en la cota 1700: Es cierto que esta ubicación es ideal para quienes priorizan el acceso directo a las pistas de esquí, pero está algo más alejada de las zonas de ocio y restaurantes principales. Para futuros huéspedes, podemos ofrecer recomendaciones personalizadas de restaurantes cercanos o en la zona baja, y también ayudar con la gestión de transporte, si así lo necesitan. Ruido ambiental: Agradecemos que haya mencionado este punto con tanto detalle. Al estar tan cerca del telesilla y de las zonas de acceso a las pistas, puede haber algo de actividad diurna y ocasionalmente nocturna con las máquinas de las pistas. Sin embargo, nos alegra que no haya sido algo que afectara significativamente su descanso ni el disfrute del grupo. Este comentario es importante para quienes buscan tranquilidad absoluta, y nos ayuda a transmitir mejor la experiencia que ofrece este alojamiento. Welcome to Montgarri by Totiaran, our cosy apartment, located in the prestigious Val de Ruda residential complex, at the foot of the slopes at 1500 metres in Baqueira Beret. This accommodation offers a privileged location, just next to the cable car access, which makes it an ideal place for ski enthusiasts who want to make the most of their stay in the mountains.
The apartment combines comfort and convenience to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. With a well-thought-out layout and a cosy design, you will find everything you need to feel at home during your snow getaway.
Montgarri by Totiaran is a magnificent 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, dining area, and kitchen.
Montgarri by Totiaran consists of two bedrooms, one main bedroom with a 1.50 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second with a bunk bed-nest for 3 people. This bedroom is served by a second bathroom with a shower tray.
In the living room, we found a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment with its decoration and furniture chosen with great taste is very comfortable and provides an atmosphere of comfort and warmth that we so desire during our stay in the mountains after a day of skiing.
The accommodation is completed by two parking spaces with a single ski storage cabinet where we will leave the equipment before accessing the apartment. Access to the slopes will be made through the parking basement. Once there, we will head to the ski storage cabinet to pick up the equipment and access the cable car directly through elevators that will leave us at the same entrance to the cable car.
The Val de Ruda residential complex offers a range of additional services and amenities, such as private parking, ski storage and direct access to nearby restaurants and shops, ensuring that you have everything you need at your fingertips.
