To get to Casarilh, the most common access is by car. From Lleida, follow the N-230 road towards Vielha. Before arriving in Vielha, take the C-28 road towards Baqueira, and Casarilh is only 5 kilometers from Vielha, making the trip short and accessible.

Booking Conditions (Accommodation)
INFORMATION OF INTEREST
At the time of arrival we will greet you in our Totiaran Office with the address C / Perimetrau, s/n, Building Port de la Bonaigua - Local 3 and its telephone number is +34 973 644 787 or + 34 609 132 129.
RESERVATIONS
In order to confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit must be made when making the reservation via credit card. The payment of the reservation will be made through a secure and confidential payment gateway, owned by Banco Santander. The rest of the reservation, together with the deposit, will be paid upon arrival or you can also call us to make it prior to check-in by bank transfer or by phone with a credit card.
In both cases, the reservation will be effective only upon receipt of the prepayment and the sending of an automatic confirmation via email with all the details of your reservation.
ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT
To take the keys, please come to our offices in C / Perimetrau s/n, Building Port de la Bonaigua, Local 3J (in front of the roundabout of the cable car), 25598 Baqueira Beret. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Outside these office hours, the keys will be left in an envelope inside one of our electronic mailboxes located at the entrance of our office.
For the delivery of the mailbox code, please notify us by telephone at: + 34 973 644 787 or mobile: + 34 609 132 129.
In any case, please let us know by email the approximate time of your arrival, if possible, the day before the start of your trip.
During peak season, the keys will be delivered in strict order of arrival. At the time of check-in after making the payment you will be given the keys and a map with the location of your apartment and everything related to the use of it will be explained.
In case you plan to arrive earlier, please give us a call and we will do our best to advance your entry. On the day of your arrival, you can access the rented apartment from 5:00 p.m. and without a deadline for check-in. If the entry is done after 7pm, closing time of our office, you will have at your disposal an electronic mailbox where you can find an envelope with the keys and a plan of how to get to your apartment.
APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
Our apartments have a set of sheets per bed and a set of towels per person. As cleaning items we offer a dishwasher tablet and a roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms. Remember to bring everything you need for your stay.
TOURIST TAX
The current regulation in Catalonia, imply the payment of a tourist fee of 0.90€ per day of stay and guest of accommodation for people over 16 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days. The tourist fee is not included in the price of the reservation, and will be paid at the time of check-in at the TOTIARAN Office upon arrival.

NUMBER AND GUEST IDENTITY
When booking, you must specify the exact number of people who will use the apartment. The number of people who can use the apartment (adults and children) may not exceed the number of people admitted in the conditions of the apartment, except in the case of children under two years of age sleeping in a crib.
In case of breach of this obligation we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to terminate the contract and ask you to leave the apartment. In addition, you will not be entitled to any claim or compensation. In the case of needing a cot or high chair, please request it beforehand at the time of making the reservation or later via email.
PETS
We inform you that pets are NOT allowed in all apartments, so please let us know in advance because they are only allowed if we have an authorization from the owner.
The deposit with a pet will be 500€.
In the case to breach this rule, Totiaran may request the client to leave the apartment without any compensation.
APARTMENT DEPARTURE
Check-out and key delivery will take place at the TOTI ARAN office at C / Perimetrau s / n, Building Port de la Bonaigua, Local 3J (in front of the roundabout of the cable car), 25598 Baqueira Beret. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The day of your departure you must leave the apartment before 11:00 hours.
Any unauthorized departure between 11:00 and 13:00 will have a surcharge of 30€ per hour. If you need to leave later than the stipulated time, please let us know at the time of your reservation or upon check-in and we will try to accommodate you whenever possible.
There is the possibility of a late check-out at 3 pm paying a 120€ surcharge.
DEPOSIT OR GUARANTEE
At check-in, a deposit will be required to enter the apartment which according to rented apartment varies between 200€ and 500€. By accepting our terms and conditions the reservation holder agrees to take full responsibility of the damages caused by him/her or by any of the companions during the stay.
The deposit will be returned once TOTIARAN has verified that the rented property has not been damaged and is in the same conditions and state of cleanliness that was delivered.
For the payment of the deposit it must be done by credit card.
CLEANING
Please leave the apartment in a state of cleanliness similar to the one you’ve found. Otherwise, TOTIARAN reserves the right to withhold a portion of the deposit as penalty and cleaning fee. The amount will depend on the state of cleanliness of the apartment.
BEHAVIOR IN THE APARTMENT
Riots, loud music and parties are totally prohibited. From 22:00 PM to 09:00 AM the rules of rest must be respected. We appreciate your collaboration at this point and hope you understand that the residents' night rest should be respected.
The person signing the rental agreement will be responsible for the correct behavior of all the people who accompany him/her. In the event of breaking the rules, TOTIARAN may request the client and the other guest to leave the apartment without any compensation. This will also mean the loss of prepaid rent and the refundable security deposit. Also, remember that when booking with TOTIARAN you accept our terms and conditions, and consequently, you will be expected to comply strictly with these rules.
OTHER CONDITIONS OF USE
Please read TOTIARAN’s apartment rules carefully. As a customer you are expected to respect the rules of the apartment.
Accessing the apartment with ski boots is not allowed. Please leave your ski equipment in the ski-lockers.
Please lower the heating thermostat to 19 degrees and turn off the lights when you leave the apartment. Remember to close the water taps well.
Do not forget to take the keys before leaving the apartment. Please inform us as soon as possible in case of loss of keys. In this case, the lock must be changed, the cost of which will be at your expense.
Be sure to use the dishwasher with the right product.
Please do not smoke in the apartment. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony, on the terrace or outside. Do not throw cigarette ends on the street or landscaped flower beds.
RESPONSIBILITY
Neither TOTIARAN nor the owner of the apartment is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse by the client. Included in this section, without limitation of any kind are losses due to fire, theft, accidents or other damages caused by the accommodation or disappearance of objects. In this sense, TOTIARAN will not be responsible for the disappearance of any type of valuables during the client's stay.
At the end of your stay, TOTIARAN will verify the situation of the apartment, and if necessary, deduct the amount of damage caused while the clients stay. The client must immediately notify TOTIARAN of any damage caused to the apartment or its accessories, furniture, and the like.
In case of any violation of the aforementioned obligations, TOTIARAN may ask the client to leave the apartment without the client having the right to claim any compensation.
OUR WEB
All apartment descriptions and information will apply to published apartments. Although TOTIARAN takes special care to keep all the information updated and correct, it will not be responsible for any errors or omissions that may arise.
TOTIARAN reserves the right to change the information published on the website at any time, including prices, descriptions, and photographs.
TOTIARAN reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time based on the interests of the company and its business. Accepting the use of our Website, consent to this type of change. In the event that they are originated by a third party, this will be the one to which you must go to ask for responsibilities.
LOPD CLAUSE

Cancellation Policy (Accommodation)
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid in advance will not be refunded. Only in the event that the cancellation is communicated to TOTIARAN with 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, TOTIARAN will refund the full amount of the reservation deposit, less the management costs incurred by the cancellation itself (commissions banking, etc.…).
If the client changes the dates or the apartment, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Cancellations are not accepted due to weather conditions or illness. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy mentioned here.
If after receiving the confirmation email due to force majeure (breakdown or other damage to the accommodation) the apartment or house reserved cannot be offered, TOTIARAN undertakes to offer another of the same characteristics and price in the nearest available building. If the client rejects this option, he can cancel his reservation without penalty.
