An unbeatable location for ski enthusiasts. Additionally, for greater convenience, the apartment has a ski storage closet in the Tanau 1700 core, just a one-minute walk from the Esquirós ski lift.
Our charming apartment, designed to accommodate up to 7 people, has a beautiful living-dining room, illuminated by natural light that enters through a wide terrace. Here you will find a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a gas fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for memorable moments, along with a giant Smart-TV and WiFi connection.
The American kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils, is harmoniously integrated into the space. It has an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, built-in closet, a king-size bed (180 cm) and TV.
The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. One of them has a 160 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the other has a bunk bed and a single bed, wardrobe, and desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The dining table is spacious and can seat 6 diners. The TV is mounted on the wall, with wide visibility.
At this level you will find 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, bedside tables and a window that illuminates the room. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed plus a trundle bed that opens underneath. These two bedrooms are served by 1 full bathroom with a bathtub.
Going up the stairs, in the attic is the main bedroom with a light wooden ceiling and a comfortable double bed, it is a beautiful room in the pure mountain style with a window that offers spectacular views. The bathroom is en suite and has a shower and offers a window through which natural light enters.
All materials and furniture used are in light colours to give a sense of warmth to this beautiful duplex.
