Eth Pui is a splendid duplex apartment in the town of Salardú, just four kms. from Baqueira Beret's 1500 m elevation mark. The property is located in a prime location, by the banks of the River Unhola and with stunning views of Unha and Salardú, as well as the Aneto glacier. Eth Pui is a duplex-type unit covering 164 m2 across two floors and located in the southern corner of the "Pleta de Unhola" residential complex. On the first floor, covering some 104 m2, there is an entrance, a spacious living room, dining room, an equipped kitchenette, a master bedroom with double bed of 1.50 m and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Another bedroom features two beds for two persons, served by another bathroom with a shower, which may also used as a guest half bath. On the second floor, or fumaralet, covering about 60 m2, there is a second living room with a TV, a master bedroom with two beds for a couple, an en suite bathroom; and another bedroom with two beds for two persons, served by another bathroom with a tub. The apartment has a special charm, with its sloping ceilings and corner design, thanks to which all the rooms offer views of the beautiful nearby landscapes, and to the babbling of the river, reminding guests of the idyllic mountain setting surrounding them. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with typical local decor, and includes a parking space and access to a ski storage closet. For the convenience of ski lovers, it includes a parking place and a ski gear closet at Val de Ruda. Through this parking facility guests can directly access the gondola lift, which conveniently takes them takes them directly to the ski resort entrance/lift pass control checkpoint. * NEW YEAR's AND "WHITE WEEK." Upon booking a down payment of 25% is required, with the remainder due 30 days prior to entry. If a customer fails to pay for the apartment on time, the reservation will not be held, and the unit will be made available to others. Reservations for these weeks feature a minimum stay of 7 nights.

* CHECK-IN. Entry to the apartments during New Year's Week and "White Week" is not guaranteed until 17:00. We will always do everything in our power to prevent waits.

* TOURISM TAX: not included in the final price. It must be paid upon check-in. Children under 16 are exempt.
